Technical Sales Specialist – Building Materials & Applications (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- You are supporting our sales colleagues in Central & Eastern Europe in technical questions and matters related to our chemical raw materials in the buildings segment
- This includes the technical explanations of products to our colleagues as well as clients, ensuring clients fully understand their applications and benefits
- Therefore, together with our Sales Managers, you visit our clients to understand their needs and assist with technical queries
- Thereby, you apply your expertise in mortars and building materials to find tailored solutions for customers, solving any application-related issues on-site if needed
- Additionally, you are supporting in the onboarding and technical training of new sales colleagues within our HSH Chemie Group
Your profile:
- You have a university education with a focus on chemistry and solid knowledge of raw materials related to constructions and buildings
- Furthermore, you have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role increasing your practical knowledge of mortar standards and behavior – preferably in an international company/team
- Ideally, you bring commercial skills or sales experience, but a genuine passion for client success is what matters most
- Based on your strong communication and listening skills, you easily understand your colleagues’ and clients’ needs and are able to explain technical concepts target group-oriented
- You are an open-minded person who is thinking outside the box and willing to continuously learn and develop
- Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment
- Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal English, further languages being a plus
- You are willing to frequently travel within Central & Eastern Europe, visiting colleagues, our laboratory as well as clients
