(Senior) Logistics Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• As a part of our logistics team, you have a central role in the daily operations of our company, providing an excellent customer service by independently managing the accurate, timely, and seamless end-to-end delivery of chemical raw materials and related information
• Thereby, you work closely with individual sales colleagues by taking over administrative sales tasks and independently managing the finalized offers until the goods are delivered to our clients in Serbia (with Kosovo) as well as the Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Montenegro, Albania and North Macedonia
• This includes the conduction of price calculations for transportation of each offer considering the packaging costs, the transportation type (e.g., sea, road), etc., the samplings, the documentation of deliveries as well as the invoicing
• Furthermore, you are purchasing the chemical raw materials from our suppliers as discussed with the responsible Sales Manager
• Afterwards, you take over the product clearance as well as the organization of the product’s timely delivery to our warehouse or the client directly, depending on the respective agreement
• Therefore, you frequently communicate with our external business partners (e.g., transportation companies, drivers) and keep the responsible Sales Manager updated on any deviations from previously agreed actions
• In case of client complaints, you find adequate solutions together with the responsible Sales Manager
• Furthermore, you support or take over additional tasks such as the optimization and digitalization of our processes as well as the maintenance of our supplier, client, and product master data

Your profile:

• You gained extensive professional experience in logistics managing combined transportation types (e.g., sea, road) and the related documentations
• Thereby, you handled import as well as export operations gaining sensitivity for national as well as international regulations and compliance aspects such as Incoterms, sanction lists, ISO regulations, regulations regarding dangerous chemical raw materials including their handling
• You are a great team player characterized by your reliability, proactivity, hands on mentality and willingness to learn
• Furthermore, your working style is structured and independent
• Based on your great self-organization and prioritization skills you always keep track of your open tasks and related deadlines
• You communicate very good in Serbian and good in English language – both, in written and spoken
