Sales Manager Industrial Performance (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- In this role, you will report to the Managing Director of HSH Chemie Bulgaria and to the Focus Group Manager for our Industrial Performance (IP) product group
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our business in Industrial Performance by expanding and managing our relationships with suppliers as well as clients both commercially and technically through regular contacts
- By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you will identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities
- Based on your analysis, you will set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio
- You will be responsible for cost benefit analysis and the price positioning of the specified products
- Additionally, you will create detailed market overviews and customer databases;
- You will take part in the preparation of the department’s sales budget and will be responsible for reaching further the targets
- Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in Industrial Performance located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly
Your profile:
- University degree as a chemical engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant field of studies
- Proven experience in chemical sales and distribution with profound understanding of raw materials and related technical specifics for the needs of road construction industry segment (additives for asphalt and bitumen, etc.), excellent familiar with the market and clients network
- Strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-orientated person with structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication, commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks in favor of company’s best interest
- Team player, responsible, proactive and friendly attitude
- Curious and adaptive, wiling to learn continuously and to exchange knowledge, experience and best practices in a team environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bulgarian and English languages - ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written
- Clear category B driving license and willingness to travel intensively - locally, within Bulgaria at least 30% of the time, as well as occasionally within our HSH Chemie Group region
