Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of the HSH Chemie Group’s marketing strategy in the Polish market, working closely side by side with our Group Marketing Manager
• Cooperating with sales teams – we believe that marketing + sales = an unstoppable duo 💪. Let’s boost the visibility of the HSH Chemie brand and our product portfolio together!
• Creating all kinds of eye-catching materials – from brochures and presentations to ads and catalogs
• Planning and running campaigns (online and offline) that not only look good, but also deliver results – because impact matters
• Organizing and attending industry events – fairs, conferences, seminars... and yes, sometimes packing your suitcase for a business trip. Be the face of HSH Chemie and help us shine!
• Collaborating with media, agencies, graphic designers, and other creative minds – making sure everything looks sharp and runs smoothly
• Coming up with fresh marketing ideas and turning them into reality across different channels – we love creativity with a purpose!
• Keeping an eye on trends and preparing reports (yes, we know... spreadsheets can be fun too! 😉)
• Writing content that people actually want to read – articles, posts, and anything that grabs attention and builds our brand

Your profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• A university degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Solid grasp of B2B marketing dynamics
• Familiarity with the latest trends and communication tools
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Very good English – you’ll use it daily
• Creativity, energy, and a natural talent for writing
• Super time management skills and an eye for detail
• A reliable, engaged, and trustworthy personality – someone the team can count on
• Preferrably, previous experience in the chemical raw materials industry or a related sector – It’ll help you start strong!
