Junior Sales Manager Coatings, Adhesives and Building (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Daily sales operations tasks like preparing purchase orders, and offers to customers, calculating costs of goods sold for purchased materials, follow up on customer credit lines, etc.
- Performing effective business communication with suppliers and customers
- Coordination with our Logistics and Customer Service department in regards of pending orders, tracking warehouse stock positions and making relevant proposals for replenishment of materials
- Drafting sales statistics and assisting our Sales Manager Coatings, Adhesives and Building (CAB) in preparation of required sales reports
- Searching and sourcing for new business opportunities - identifying new leads, prospecting customers, contacting them and developing the leads into buying customers, joint customer visits with our Sales Manager CAB, sales to small accounts and some suppliers within the established limits and as assigned by our Sales Manager CAB and our Managing Director, reporting to them both
- Supporting in additional tasks and developing further responsibilities
Your profile:
- University degree as a chemical engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant field of studies
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bulgarian and English languages - ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written
- Goal-orientated person with the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks in favor of our team’s best interest
- Team player, responsible, proactive and friendly attitude
- Adaptiveness and ability to gain new skills and knowledges quickly and effectively
- Clear driving license (category B) and availability for business traveling
