Sales Manager Food (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and reporting on the results of activities
- Acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers
- Sales visits
- Conducting commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers of raw materials
- Collaborating with Suppliers
- Handling contracts and maintaining commercial documentation
- Monitoring the market
Your profile:
- Extensive experience in trading food additives, flavorings, and functional specialities in the food industry - particularly in confectionery and sports nutrition - backed by sales achievements
- Higher education (preferably in commerce or food technology)
- Good knowledge of English (direct contact with suppliers) and Polish (technical sales meetings with clients)
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of the raw materials offered and the market
- Strong focus on achieving results and success
- Dynamic, innovative and effective in driving results
- Developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Loyalty, honesty, and high level of professionalism and integrity
