Junior Document Verification Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Oversight of documentation collection from chemical raw-material suppliers

• Verification and approval of vendor and product master data

• Analysis and validation of issued documents

• Preparation of documentation for rebranding processes

• Traceability tests and preparation of documentation for IFS certification

• Creation of LTSD documents (long-term supplier declarations)

• Analysis of VAT rates in the system based on assigned customs tariff codes (CN codes)

• Rebranding documentation and management of sales/product documentation

• Completing quality and product questionnaires for customers in cooperation with other departments

Your profile:

• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to thoroughly verify documentation

• Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to organize work independently and make decisions

• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with other departments and suppliers

• Good command of English (minimum B1), allowing work with documentation

• Higher education or currently studying (preferred fields: quality management, logistics, chemistry or related areas)

• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of quality, product, and commercial documentation
