Commercialist / Sales Manager for Building Chemicals (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
You are developing and maintaining our business in distribution of chemical raw materials related to our buildings and construction product segment in Slovenia and Croatia
Thereby, you take ownership of an existing product portfolio and further develop it in close collaboration with our production team and by engaging additional suppliers
At the same time, you will expand and manage our client relationships - both commercially and technically - through regular, proactive communication and partnership
By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you create detailed market overviews and identify new as well as promising raw materials, products, and sales opportunities to grow our business
Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio
You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly
Your profile:
You have an university education with a focus on chemistry, construction or sales, alternatively a commercial education with technical capabilities
In addition, you have gained extensive experiences with chemical raw materials related to the buildings and construction segment from a technical, trading or sales perspective and would like to increase your product knowledge
You are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships
Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style
Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Slovenian, Croatian as well as English with profound negotiation abilities
You hold a category B driving license and are able to travel regularly in Slovenia and Croatia – sometimes also abroad
