Managing Director (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
You develop and execute our Hungarian company’s business strategies in line with group objectives driving sustainable growths and business success while collaborating closely with our local and holding management teams
This includes the management, coordination, collaboration and development of our colleagues in Hungary as well as the strengthening of a positive, cooperative culture
Thereby, you motivate employees and executives, delegate responsibilities and provide guidance
Together with your team, you develop and implement our overall sales and business strategy including a clear sales and business development plan, annual objectives and budgets ensuring a good financial performance
You communicate and maintain trustworthy relationships with shareholders, business partners, legal authorities, and team members
Acting as a public relations representative of our company, you ensure the implementation of company policies and legal guidelines
Your profile:
You gained at least 10 years’ experience in a commercial environment of chemical industry, preferably in chemical distribution
Throughout your career, you gained extensive sales experience and a good understanding of our market, preferably related to chemicals in the food, personal or home care industries
You are a reliable and trustworthy leader, successfully managing your team as well as stakeholders with honesty, integrity, empathy, and accountability
Additionally, you take a hands-on and pragmatic approach, combine strong customer orientation with professional assertiveness, and are able to drive through difficult decisions when required
You are convincing us with your target group oriented communication and negotiation skills in Hungarian as well as English languages (spoken and written)
Furthermore, you are flexible for business travels (mostly within CEE)
