IT Administrator (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Providing support to users of the Comarch ERP XL system in resolving day-to-day issues

• Administration and maintenance of in-house applications supporting ERP system operations, including user support

• Preparing reports, prints, and filters in the Comarch ERP XL system

• Handling ongoing technical issues with office equipment (computers, printers, phones, network cabling, audio-video devices, UPS systems, docking stations)

• Creating technical documentation and user manuals for delivered solutions

• Reporting work results

Your profile:

• Knowledge of IT-related technical issues including the operation and support of office hardware and software

• Basic knowledge of MS SQL databases, working experiences being preferred

• Understanding of document flow processes in warehouse, trade, and accounting within a company

• Proficiency in Microsoft systems: Windows, Outlook, Teams

• Technical education in IT (can be in progress)

• English proficiency at B1 level (communicative)

• Preferable experience working with MSP/ERP systems (Comarch experience is an advantage)
