Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner in the internal systems
Coordinate order fulfillment with the logistics and warehouse teams
Monitor order status, deliveries, and shipments to ensure on-time and correct delivery
Communicate proactively with customers about order confirmations, delays, or changes
Resolve customer complaints, claims, and delivery issues professionally and efficiently
Manage returns, exchanges, and credit notes in cooperation with logistics and finance
Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM/ERP systems
Collaborate closely with sales and logistics
Support continuous improvement of customer service and logistics processes
Your profile:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in the chemical industry or trade with chemical additives is a strong advantage
Good command of Slovak and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of logistics processes, order fulfillment, and deliveries
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Attention to detail, reliability, and a problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
