HR Administrator (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
You are the main point of contact for our employees and managers in Hamburg, supporting them with all administrative HR matters from onboarding to offboarding
This includes drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documents
You maintain and administer all employee master data in our HR systems (especially HiBob)
In close collaboration with external payroll providers, you prepare and support the monthly payroll process
You ensure compliance with labor law requirements as well as internal policies
Furthermore, you create analyses, reports, and HR metrics
In addition, you contribute to HR projects, e.g. enhancing employee benefits and driving the optimization and digitalization of administrative HR processes
Your profile:
After completing your commercial training or university degree with a focus on HR, you’ve ideally gained initial experience in HR administration or a similar field
You have a solid understanding of labor law basics and have experience collaborating with external payroll providers
Your structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant way of working sets you apart
Additionally, you demonstrate a strong service mindset and handle sensitive data with a high level of discretion
You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have hands-on experience with HR systems
Furthermore, you have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
