Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Shape and drive our digital presence in Poland, developing local marketing activities that bring the Group strategy to life in the Polish market

• Lead the Polish-language content strategy across our website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other digital channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant communication

• Develop and grow the Polish website, creating and optimizing landing pages, product content, news, case studies, and campaign materials with both user experience and SEO in mind

• Create compelling, expert-driven content — from articles and application stories to product and industry content — that strengthens our brand and positions us as a trusted expert in the Polish market

• Plan and deliver digital campaigns, newsletters, and lead-generation activities that increase visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth

• Build an engaging LinkedIn presence in Poland, bringing our products, solutions, people, partnerships, and industry expertise to life

• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales Teams, Group Marketing, suppliers, and external partners to turn market insights and business needs into impactful marketing content and campaigns

• Use data and market insights to continuously improve performance, identify what works, optimize campaigns and channels, and turn results into actionable recommendations

Your profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, online marketing, or a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Excellent Polish and very good English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with experience creating content for digital channels

• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media channels

• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with local and international teams

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the confidence to work independently and take responsibility

• Creativity and curiosity, with an interest in technical products, applications, and industry-specific topics

• B2B marketing experience, particularly in an industrial or technical environment
