Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Your main responsibility is to support our sales team in their daily business by taking over the purchasing and sales processes to achieve the company’s business and economic goals

• Therefore, you carry out the administrative and operational tasks of sales from managing incoming orders to the delivery to our clients

• This includes order processing, daily order status monitoring, shipment coordination and tracking, invoice and quality document processing, and product return handling

• You are the primary contact person for customers and suppliers regarding purchasing-related inquiries (verbal and written) as well as issues and complaints which are efficiently solved by you

• Additionally, you are doing samplings as well as recording products in the administration system and the warehouses

• You are administrating the company management system by collecting, preparing, and achieving documentation

• When required, you will provide additional operational support in line with the job description and responsibilities

Your profile:

• After finishing your secondary or higher education, you gained at least 3 years of experience in customer service

• Prior experience in logistics is a plus, enabling faster onboarding into the role

• Your working style is independent, reliable as well as service oriented

• Furthermore, you possess strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and provide short-term solutions when needed

• You are a team player with an open, proactive and friendly approach

• Additionally, you possess very good communication skills in Latvian and English (verbal and written)

• You are proficient in the use of MS Office products and ideally you are familiar with ERP or warehouse systems
