Sales Manager Food, Feed & Pharma (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Managing supplier relations, extending the Food, Feed & Pharma portfolio, and setting targets for new business development in Austria
- Implementing strategies for profitable sales growth
- Managing and developing customers both commercially and technically through regular contact
- Creating detailed market overviews and customer databases
- Identifying new and promising raw materials and product applications in Food, Feed & Pharma
- Developing and achieving future sales opportunities
- Identifying new markets and monitoring market developments
- By offering a new perspective and constantly questioning the status-quo you will contribute to creating and exploring new business opportunities in our Food, Feed & Pharma Focus Group, and related businesses
Your profile:
- Academic certification as a chemical engineer or commercial education with technical capabilities strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of chemical raw materials
- People oriented as well as competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
- Ability to travel regularly within relevant market areas
- Good communication skills and the ability to negotiate prices and contracts as well as to make respective decisions
- Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as German
- Category B driving license

The collective agreement for commercial employees applies to this position. However, we clearly express our willingness to pay a significantly higher salary based on your qualifications and experiences.
