(Senior) Sales Manager Personal & Home Care (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- In Austria, you are responsible for developing our business in distribution of chemical raw materials related to the Personal & Home Care (PHC) product segments by expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact
- By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities
- Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio
- Additionally, you create detailed market overviews, supplier and customer databases which you use to build up and shape our market presence in PHC in Austria
- Therefore, you constantly question the status quo and bring in new perspectives
- You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in Personal & Home Care located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have an academic certification as a chemical engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant certification
- You have gained extensive experience with chemical raw materials related to the Personal & Home Care segment from a technical or sales perspective and would like to increase your knowledge of surfactants commodity business as well as speciality skin care ingredients
- Additionally, you have a good understanding of as well as an established network in the Austrian market and are passioned about developing it
- Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships
- You have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style
- Additionally, you are a good communicator in written and verbal German as well as English with solid negotiation abilities
- You are willing to travel regularly in Austria as well as occasionally within our group and hold a category B driving license

The collective agreement for commercial employees applies to this position. However, we clearly express our willingness to pay a significantly higher salary based on your qualifications and experiences.
