(Junior) Sales Manager Personal and Home Care (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• As part of our sales team, you support in developing and maintaining our business in distribution of chemical raw materials related to our Personal and Home Care product segments in Croatia as well as Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Thereby, you support expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact and visits
• You take over administrative sales tasks while we develop you further enabling you to take over additional sales responsibilities
• By researching further client needs as well as new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities
• Based on your analysis, our sales team (including you) sets targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio
• Additionally, you create detailed market overviews and customer databases bringing in new perspectives for business growth
• You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly

Your profile:

• You successfully finishing or are about to finish your university education with a focus on chemistry, pharma or food engineering or comparable, alternatively a commercial education with technical capabilities
• Furthermore, you gained professional in sales or sales administration, preferrable in the chemical industry, and would like to increase your technical sales expertise related to the Personal and Home Care product segments (e.g., raw materials for household and cosmetic products)
• You are characterized by a profound customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful relationships
• Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style
• Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Croatian as well as English with good negotiation abilities
• You hold a category B driving license and are able to travel regularly in Croatia – sometimes also abroad
