Customer Service Specialist / Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Support for our Sales Managers
• Active handling of business cases (purchasing, sales, documentation, administration)
• Contact with domestic and international customers and suppliers
• Handling complaints in cooperation with the compliance department
• Management and updating of the sales database 
• Invoicing and receivables control
• Cooperation with the logistics department, ordering transportation
• Inside sales

Your profile:

• Minimum completed high school education
• Experience in selling chemical raw materials or customer service is welcome but not required
• Fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written
• You're characterized by your independence, team spirit, business acumen, positive work attitude and responsibility
