Customer Service Coordinator and Office Manager (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
Support the sales team with daily customer relations and issue resolution
Prepare and issue customer documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, certificates, and ERP entries
Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding payments, orders, offers, samples, and transport
Oversee daily branch operations in compliance with company policies
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting
Supervise office functioning, including supplies, equipment, and workplace organization
Lead and organize the Customer Service team, including scheduling and task allocation
Motivate, coach, and evaluate team members to achieve performance goals
Your profile:
Successfully completed degree in relevant field
Min. 2 or 3 years of work experience in sales assistance, with customer orientation and teamwork proficiency
People oriented as well as competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
Good organizational skills (time and task management)
Good Slovak and English language skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of distribution and commerce workflow and documentation
