Sales Assistant (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Daily sales operations tasks like preparing purchase orders and offers to customers, calculating costs of goods sold for purchased materials, follow up on customer credit lines, etc.

• Performing effective business communication with suppliers and customers

• Coordination with our logistics and customer service department in regards of pending orders, tracking warehouse stock positions and making relevant proposals for replenishment of materials 

• Drafting sales statistics and assisting our sales team in preparation of required sales reports

• Support also Sales Managers and Sales Department Manager in their activities related to searching and sourcing for new business opportunities by identifying new leads, prospecting customers, contacting them and developing the leads into buying customers

• Sales to small accounts and some suppliers within the established limits and as assigned by the Sales Department Manager and the Managing Director, reporting to them both

• Supporting in additional tasks and developing further responsibilities

Your profile: 

• You successfully finished your commercial education focused on wholesale and foreign trade and developed a good understanding of taxes, Incoterms and export modalities

• Through your previous experiences in international trading, you gained a good understanding of sales or purchasing of chemical raw materials or ingredients 

• You have very good computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, HubSpot, etc.)

• Bulgarian and English languages - you are able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written 

• You are goal-orientated person with the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks in favor of our team’s best interest

• You are a team player with responsible, proactive and friendly attitude

• Also you are open and willing to gain new skills as well as knowledge quickly and effectively

• Your clear category B driving license and availability for business traveling would be a great advantage
