Sales Manager Personal & Home Care (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Within the Baltics region, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our business in distribution of chemical raw materials in Personal & Home Care by expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact
- By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities
- Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio
- Additionally, you create detailed market overviews and customer databases
- By constantly questioning the status quo and bringing in new perspectives, you will help us to constantly develop our business further
- You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in Personal & Home Care located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly
Your profile:
- You have gained extensive experience with chemical raw materials related to conditioners, essential oils, fragrances, humectants, preservatives, pigments, surfactants, plant extracts, vegetable oils, colorants, emulsifiers, impregnating agents, silicones, wax emulations or other raw materials related to the Personal & Home Care segment from a technical or sales perspective and would like to increase your knowledge
- Ideally, you have an academic certification as a chemical engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant certification
- Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships
- You have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style
- Additionally, you are a good communicator in written and verbal Latvian as well as English with solid negotiation abilities – Russian language skills would be a plus
- You are able to travel regularly within the Baltics region as well as occasionally within our group and hold a category B driving license

We offer a monthly salary starting at 2.400 EUR before taxes (gross) during the probation period and an intended salary increase after probation period based on your pervious experiences and your performance.
