Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Hitting your sales targets - and celebrating the wins!
  
• Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships
  
• Represent us in sales meetings and negotiations - you’re the face of our brand
  
• Managing ongoing contracts and handling all related sales documentation
  
• Keeping an eye on the market - monitoring trends, analyzing competitors
  
• Work closely with our R&D and project teams at the HSH Innovation Center in Poznań - your insights help shape what we offer

Your profile:

• Proven sales experience in chemical raw materials or construction chemicals
  
• A strong understanding of the construction chemicals industry
• Higher education (preferably in chemistry or business)
• Strong results and success orientation
• A proactive approach - we love fresh ideas and bold moves
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in Polish language
  
• Professional integrity, loyalty, and high personal culture
  
• English (professional level preferred)
