Commercialist / Sales Manager for Industrial Chemicals (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• In Slovenia, you are responsible for developing our business in distribution of chemical raw materials and ingredients in industrial segments such as agrochemicals, civil engineering, aviation, lubricants, etc.

• Therefore, you expand and manage our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact incl. visits

• By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and product applications as well as sales opportunities

• Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio

• By offering a new perspective and constantly questioning the status quo you contribute to creating and exploring new business opportunities in our industrial segments, and related businesses

• You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in industrial segments located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have an academic certification as a chemical engineer or comparable, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant education

• You have gained at least three years of experience with chemical raw materials related to industrial product segments from a technical, sales or purchasing perspective and would like to increase your knowledge

• Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships

• You have an analytical, entrepreneurial as well as a structured and independent working style

• Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Slovene as well as English with profound negotiation abilities

• You are able to travel regularly in Slovenia as well as occasionally within our group and hold a category B driving license
